Where They Were Then?

Yesterday I did a photo shoot with my good friend Ben Rayner (not to be confused with our other friend Ben Rayner). And it got me thinking about his transition from geeky straight edge kid to fashion photographer superstar and then I remembered this video...

I'm not the first to post this video but this thing needed to be posted at least one more time.

Uh...I guess I didn't know that Hatebreed was hardcore.

I'm not sure what he's doing during the fast part, but he's got some moves when it slows down. He should up one of him moshing to "The Hard Way." I'd like to see what he'd demonstrate on the floor during that one.

I want all of you to remember he was 16 at the time and "Under the Knife" and all the singles are most certainly hardcore.

I somehow got the feeling he is really happy that he ain't 16 anymore....

That's because you are too busy bumping into boys and touching them when you see a band.

u have never been to a show have u?

Been to plenty matey. The fact that you can't tolerate people expressing themselves at a show makes me think you haven't. Learn to respect the other fans, you are there for the band, not to pick a fight with someone who shares a similar taste in music in you, only they express it in a more extreme way.

what's REALLY cool/extreme/hardcore is definitely ARGUING about moshing. LOL

"Satisfaction" is the best HC record of the 90's. Fact.

Go back to your Deathreat records and Burn Collector zines (both of which I love, BTW).

I heard from myself that Fucked Up's next 12" will include a 10-minute-long 2-step part and a Kid Dynamite cover as the B-side. Fact?

Looking forward to upping a video of me dancing to it.
